Happy Hunting!
On April 19, 2015 a very dear and close family member of D and D Hunting passed away.
Brandon Emmons was loved by many and will be missed by us all. Hunting and Family were his passions.
I would like to share with you some very kind and beautiful words Jeremy had to say about his dear friend.

My Dear Friend, My Brother, The Bwana,

Our adventures have been numerous. Together we left no stone unturn. Today I had a flash, you won't be there on the next hunt, my heart was instantly heavy and I wept. You were a celebration of life. Then a moment of clarity came over me. In Africa they say, when one you love passes, they never truly leave you, instead they continue to live in your heart, in your memories and in your dreams. I will carry you with me on every hunt! You may have been called home, but here my dear friend, my brother, when I stand in the long grass, I know you still stand beside me. You ran but the wait-a-bit bush caught me. I will carry you with me until we are reunited and when we are we will do it in a beautiful classic style that is ours, double rifles in hand.

Brandon was taken from us suddenly. We are grateful for the time we had with him and we will miss him very much. His services were held on April 24, 2015. If you would like to leave condolences for the family, please see the link.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends, and fiance Amanda. We miss you Brandon.

Sorry for not updating lately.

We had a really good duck season. We'll post pics soon.

We just had our 18th annual Dove Hunt, and it was a HUGE success, with our largest crowd yet (110). The Gorden Collier Band sounded great, and the dove were flying. Pictures will be posted soon to the Photo Gallery. If you couldn't make it, you completely missed out! But don't worry.  We are still selling Dove Hunts for the Waco, Robinson, and China Spring locations all throughout the season.
